LGBTQ+ Weddings

Your ceremony should feel like the two of you.
Personal wedding ceremonies, elopements and small weddings for LGBTQ+ couples on Long Island, in NYC and across South Florida.
The words you say. The people beside you. The way you celebrate. There’s room to make each part your own.
I’m Lauren, the officiant behind Pop-Up Vows. I’ll help you shape a ceremony that sounds like you and choose the support that makes sense for your day.
Start with who you are.
You don’t need to fit your relationship into someone else’s wedding script. We can talk through your names and pronouns, what you call one another, who walks with whom, and how you want to be introduced.
Write your own vows, ask for a little guidance, include a meaningful tradition or keep the ceremony simple. Bring your chosen family, a few close friends, or just the two of you.
We’ll focus on the details that matter to you.
Choose what you want handled.
A personal ceremony
An officiant and a ceremony shaped around your story, with guidance on vows and the flow of the moment. A good fit when you already have your other plans in place.
An elopement or small wedding
Pair your ceremony with professional photography. Ask about wedding-day content if you’d also love candid phone photos, vertical video and behind-the-scenes moments.
Practical planning support
Get help thinking through location options, timing, vendors and ceremony details. We’ll agree on the services included in your package before you book.

Where are you celebrating?

A few things you might be wondering
Do we need to follow traditional wedding roles?
No. We can build the ceremony around the language, people and traditions that feel right to you. You can walk in together, have different people stand beside you, or keep the ceremony just for the two of you.
Do we need a location or package picked out?
No. Your preferred date, general area and approximate guest count are enough to start. I’ll help you explore the available options.
Can we book only an officiant?
Yes. You can book a personal ceremony on its own, or ask about photography, wedding-day content and additional support.
Tell me about your day.
Your date. Your area. Your guest count.
Share what you know, along with anything you’d love your ceremony to include. I’ll personally reply with availability and options that fit your plans.
